Christmas Ruffian

It's Christmas!! I did simple nails for today and I tried something I've always wanted to!

I've always loved how ruffian nails look and it's something I've wanted to try for a very long time now! It was super easy and fast to do and it turned out pretty.

I used two matte polishes in red and green. I alternated the colors on two nails just for fun and then I decided to add a rhinestone to each nail. I like how these nails look with or without the rhinestone. So cute!

I hope you like these nails as much as I do!

Black Christmas Inspired Nails

Hi! I have a sort of weird Christmas nail design to show you today. One of the many Christmas movies that I love to watch is Black Christmas, it's a scary Christmas movie and I love it!

I wanted to do nails inspired by the movie and I came up with these!

I painted my nails a black jelly with red and green glitter then painted a new Christmas glitter polish over it. I used a thin straw to splatter red polish over those nails and let them dry. As an accent nail I used a brown and green textured polish to paint on some tree branches. I dotted on some red and silver ornaments. Then I painted on an eye! If you've seen the movie you'll know the scene I was thinking of when I did this nail.

I really liked doing these nails! I wasn't sure if I'd like them but I think they turned out cool!

Thanks for stopping by!

Textured Water Marble

Hi! I have an experimental nail design to show you today.

I've been wondering if I could do textured water marble nails and I decided to try it out. I didn't want to try pouring textured polish in water since it's pretty thick. So I just painted my nails with a white textured polish. I waited for it to dry, taped my fingers up, and got my colors and water ready.

I dropped polish in the water like i would for a regular water marble and made a design then dipped my nails in. When I pulled my nails out they were just like any other water marble I've done before! I was excited that it worked out nicely! It looks cool and has the textured effect and wasn't any more difficult to do than a regular marble design.

Glittering Christmas Trees

Hello :)
I've always wanted to try doing Christmas tree nails and never get around to it. Today I thought I'd try doing some simple trees.

I started out by painting my nails with a Christmas glitter polish.Once I let it fully dry I used tape to create a triangle then used a textured green polish to fill it in. When I took off the tape I added some different colored dots on the tree and a gold outline. The last step was adding a gold dot as the star on the top of the tree!

I liked how cute they turned out! Plus they were super easy to do :)

Splatter Nails

Hi hi! It's December and time for holiday nails!! The nails I have to show you today aren't exactly Christmasy but I thought I'd post them anyway :)

Every year when I start seeing all the Christmas polishes being released I can't help but buy anything that has red and green glitter. It never fails! So one of the polishes I bought this year was a milky white polish with red and green glitter called All Elf'd up by KB Shimmer. I didn't get a picture of it before I decided to splatter red polish all over it lol!

I was planning on doing some kind of bloody Christmas nails haha but the 'blood' ended up pinkish. They're supposed to be movie inspired nails but as I was doing these I thought of a better idea lol! Either way I did still like these in the end.
